REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to products purchased from the David Thatcher Art Shopify store.
PHYSICAL BOOKS AND STANDARD PRODUCTS
You may cancel an online order for a physical product within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you must return the product within a further 14 days.
To request a return, email david@davidthatcher.co.uk and include your order number.
Products must be returned securely packaged and in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for return postage when returning an unwanted product. We recommend using a tracked service.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence that it has been sent.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Print-on-demand products are produced specifically to fulfil each order. We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns for personalised products or products made to a customer’s individual specifications.
This restriction does not apply where a statutory cancellation right exists. It also does not affect your rights when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Please check product descriptions and size information carefully before ordering clothing or other sized products.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Inspect your order when it arrives. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or you receive the wrong product, contact david@davidthatcher.co.uk promptly.
Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate. We will arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy. Reasonable return costs will be covered where a return is required because of a fault or error.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital books and downloadable products are supplied electronically.
By requesting immediate access to digital content, you consent to delivery beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.
If a digital file is faulty, corrupted, incorrectly supplied or cannot be accessed, contact us so that we can provide a replacement file or another appropriate remedy.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Do not return a product without contacting us first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
