All boos are printed using a Print On Demand partner. Books are printed in A4 format on 170gsm Semi Gloss paper

All books are printed and fulfilled in the United Kingdom.

Orders are produced on demand, which means each book is printed specifically for the customer once the order has been placed. This avoids unnecessary stockholding and allows the book to be supplied directly from production.

Once printing is complete, the order is dispatched from the United Kingdom to the delivery address provided at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and cover the fulfilment and delivery service shown during checkout.

For customers outside the United Kingdom, please note that your order is shipped from the UK. You may therefore be responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, handling fees, or other local charges applied by your country. These charges are not included in the retail price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.

Customs policies vary from country to country, and we are unable to predict or control any fees that may be applied once the parcel reaches its destination. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the book can be imported into their country and for paying any charges requested by customs or the delivery carrier.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order details and photographs where relevant. The issue will be reviewed through the fulfilment and delivery process.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before placing your order, as books are printed to order and cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun.
