Our garments are printed using one of two professional digital printing methods depending on the product and fabric type.

DTG (Direct to Garment) DTG works like an inkjet printer for fabric. The design is sprayed directly onto the garment using water-based inks that are absorbed into the fibres. This produces a soft, lightweight finish where the print feels like part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. DTG is best suited to natural fabrics like cotton and delivers exceptional detail, making it ideal for photographic or intricate designs.

DTF (Direct to Film) DTF prints the design onto a special transfer film first, which is then heat-pressed onto the garment. This method works across a much wider range of fabrics including polyester, blends, nylon, and fleece. DTF prints are vibrant and highly durable, holding up well through repeated washes. The finish can feel slightly thicker than DTG, particularly on larger print areas, but this softens after a few washes.

Why do we use both? The printing method is selected based on the fabric and product to give you the best possible result in terms of quality, colour accuracy, and durability. You do not need to choose a method yourself. The right technique is applied automatically based on the product you order.

Shipping Shipping is included in the price of every product. Our products are printed on demand through a global network of production partners. We aim to produce each order as close to your delivery address as possible, but some products may be manufactured in a different country depending on availability.

Duty-Free Delivery Zones Orders delivered within the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia/NZ, Norway, or Singapore are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). You will not be charged any customs or import fees.

All Other Destinations If your delivery address is outside the zones listed above, your order may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. You may also be contacted by the shipping provider to complete customs clearance before delivery.

Tax Some countries apply taxes such as VAT or GST to purchased goods. As these taxes vary by country, we do our best to absorb these costs within the retail price. However, in some cases your local tax authority may still apply additional charges upon delivery.
